How it works

  1. A call to plan

    Date, venue, number of guests, the mood of the evening: we go through it together and pick the theme.

  2. I prepare the service

    The backdrops are designed around your theme. Your logo and the event name go on the screen and on the print.

  3. On the night

    I set up the studio and the lighting. The photographer stays with your guests for the whole time booked.

  4. After the event

    Your guests already have their print and their photo by email. You receive every photo for your own communication.

After the shot, each guest picks a backdrop on a touch screen and sees the result straight away. The photo prints and goes out by email right after.

Questions people ask.

Which themes can we choose?

Whatever suits your evening: end of year, gala, launch, Roaring Twenties, alpine, or simply your brand guidelines. I design the backdrops for the occasion and we sign them off together before the event.

Can we add event photography or an aftermovie?

Yes. The studio combines with what I already do at your events: event photography, short interviews, aftermovie. Depending on scale I bring in a dedicated photographer for the studio, and you keep one contact.

What if the evening runs longer than 2 hours?

The starting price covers 2 hours of studio time. Beyond that, we set the duration during the planning call.

What happens to the photos?

Every guest gets theirs by email in high resolution. You receive all the photos, for your social channels, intranet or next invitation.
