My name is Thomas Blairon. I’ve been a photographer and filmmaker in Brussels since 2009. I founded Pixelshake to work with companies that understand a well-made image isn’t a cost, but a tool.
I work solo, backed, project by project, by a network of specialist freelancers I’ve learned to choose over the years — a dedicated photographer and a dedicated videographer when the event calls for it. That keeps me agile on small productions and rigorous on larger ones, with no heavy overhead on the bill.
Based in Brussels, I work mainly in Belgium and Luxembourg, and occasionally elsewhere in Europe for returning clients. I speak English, French and Dutch.
I’m not the cheapest. I’m what you need when the result has to be there.
How I work, in three steps.
- Fifteen minutes to scope: who needs to see these images, and where.
- Half of a good shoot happens before I arrive.
- I shoot for the agreed channels and deliver on the agreed timeline.
