One company, many channels
Sofiplas makes PVC and aluminium window frames in Gembloux, in a plant just behind its offices. The company needed images for everything at once: a video for its website’s home page, sequences for social media, photos of the plant and the products, and portraits of its team.
Three messages had to come through everywhere: experience, local manufacturing and sturdy products. It is a common need in industry. When each channel goes to someone different, the images don’t match, and the message gets diluted.
What I brought
One day of shooting, one point of contact, and a plan to cover everything without holding up the workshop. First, production at full speed: a profile pulled from the racks, the screwdriver on the hardware, a large glazed frame cleaned before it leaves.
The drone flew inside the hall, between the assembly tables, then above the site, to show the scale of the plant in one go. One shot that ten ground shots cannot replace.
Between sequences, portraits of the sales team and management, on site, in front of the frames they sell. The same light and colours as the film: everything comes from the same day, and it shows.
What the images made possible
The teaser shows the plant, from the workbench to the sky. A short version, lightened for the web, was cut for the website’s home page. Timeless sequences, ‘Sofiplas at work’, are ready for social media, and the photos and portraits serve everywhere else.
Above all, every channel tells the same story: a company that makes its own products, here, and shows it.
What it means for your company
A single shoot can feed all your channels, as long as you prepare it that way: the list of uses first, the schedule second.
The drone is not just for outdoors. In a large hall, it shows the layout of a whole workshop in one shot.
Portraits work best on site, on the same day as the rest: your team appears in its real setting, in the same light as your products.
