Presenting a building before the visit

CBRE Belgium had to market Campus West, Katwilgweg 3C, on the left bank of Antwerp. The need is a classic one in commercial property: give prospects an accurate idea of the building before they even travel there, and give the broker something to send or screen.

A new building does not present itself. People need to place it, see its volumes, know the name it is offered under.

What I brought

A film built on CBRE’s script, shot on site in a single day. The drone shows what a visit cannot: the building in its setting, its surroundings, its volumes seen from above. The interior views show the spaces the future occupier will use.

The film includes an animated location map and motion design elements, with the building’s new logo. The map answers a prospect’s first question: where the building is. The logo gives the project the name it is offered under.

It all stays restrained. It is the building the broker needs to present, not the effects.

What the film makes possible

CBRE has a sales tool ready to use: a film a broker can share with prospects, which places the building, shows its volumes and presents it under its name. It can be shared as a link, screened in a meeting, dropped into a presentation. CBRE’s feedback was short:

Tout est nickel.

CBRE Belgium (roughly: everything is spot on)

Since then, I have kept working with CBRE on photo, drone and video for commercial and logistics property.

What it means for your project

A property film is a sales tool. It has to be ready when marketing starts, not a few months later.

Drone and interiors work together: one places the building, the other takes you inside. I build the drone into the shoot, with one contact from brief to delivery.

An animated map and a logo are often enough to give a new building an identity. No need for effects.

A clear script before the shoot means everything can be filmed in a single day: you know what to film, and in which order.

If you have a building to market, write me a few lines about the project.
